What I love about this project is that it is actually very easy to create, yet it packs a big punch in effect! Mi have made little girls' tutus using this technique on a much smaller scale of course, using chiffon or tulle fabric, and I could see using either of those as an option which would catch the breezes and be quite pretty. Add a few rows of sparkle and bling, or even a line of rice lights in between a few of the strands here and there for an even more glitzy effect! Wonderful !
