These ice cubes really make a huge impression! If you or your guests are a bit iffy on the cubes melting, opt to put them in a clear wide dish and put your drinks or carafes on the ice....or other iced foods. But of course as mentioned, many flowers are edible so no real issue. You can also opt for a perfect strawberry or raspberry in the center of the cube, or even a citrus slice of lemon or lime. I use made ice molds using citrus and cherries arranged in a pet tern and float in a punch bowl. Fun idea!
