  • Scissors

Instructions

  1. Drill holes randomly around the tin can.

  2. File down inside as needed - will be sharp inside there.

  3. Wrap can with DIY Decor Tape and cut.

  4. Add in tea light.

  5. Add ribbon for extra accent if you want.
