Materials:
- Duncan® Concepts® Underglazes for Bisque - CN 081 Light Wine, CN 083 Dark Wine, CN 111 Light Delft, CN 112 Bright Delft, CN 181 Light Kiwi, CN 182 Bright Kiwi, CN 241 White
- Signature Brushes - SB 802 No. 1 Liner, SB 806 No. 6 Round, SB 812 No. 10 Round
- Clear Glaze - CN 2000D Concepts Clear Dipping Glaze
- Pencil
- Duncan Molds, Heart Plate (DM 2336)
Instructions:
1.) Use pencil to sketch in circles for roses.
2.) Load the SB 812 No 10 Round with CN 111 Light Delft and side load with CN 112 Bright Delft. Pull in ribbon strokes where desired one (1) coat.
3.) With the SB 806 No 6 Round load with CN 181 Light Kiwi and side load with CN 182 Bright Kiwi. Pull in leaves where desired one (1) coat.
4.) Apply one (1) coat of CN 081 Light Wine to circles for roses.
5.) Add accent press, pull and lift strokes around edge of circles with CN 083 Dark Wine and the SB 802 No 1 Liner. Create spirals inside of circles with the same brush and color.
6.) Add accent strokes of CN 241 White to roses with Liner.
7.) Tendrils are done with the Liner and CN 182 Bright Kiwi.
8.) Using the brush handle add dots of CN 112 Bright Delft to edges of ribbon.
9.) When dry, dip piece in CN 2000D Clear Dipping.
10.) Let dry, stilt and fire to shelf cone 06.
