This is quite a pretty garland and would be a lovely way to spend a girls evening together creating this pretty project. For added bling you could tip the fringe in some glitter or add some metallic ribbon to the edges or incorporate as streamers in between the fringe. Add some silk flowers here and there for some extra elegance. This would be pretty for any celebration, whether a wedding, anniversary, birthday or graduation, by varying the colors and embellishments. Thanks for sharing!
